The Hellbender is our shop-favorite headset. We are located in the Pacific Northwest, and most of our riding is in the rain and mud. This means we are also constantly spraying and washing our bikes with a hose. The Hellbender has proven to be an incredibly durable and long-lasting headset in our very wet riding conditions. Hellbender bearings last noticeably longer than the 40-series headsets and much longer than OE style headset bearings.
